Here, we present our understanding concerning the Problem Solving Case 2.
Problem Description
1. Knowledge workers have issues with effective communication
2. Effects of poor communication affect collaboration and engagement, and eventually company output
3. Need to design game to improve communication, and to engage, collaborate workers.
4. By playing the game, workers apply the game scenarios to the workplace
Context Description
Marketers in firms experience communication challenges when doing their work. We intend to design a game that will improve their communication using the theories of collaboration, engagement and co-operation.
